About the Artist
Hello! I’m El, otherwise known as a Curator of Chaos. I’m currently a college student and a commission artist! I mainly do art of FFXIV original characters but I'm always open to doing art of other characters!

Terms of Service
General Terms:
Please be respectful when you message me.
Provide references for what you're ordering (such as clothing references, hairstyle references, etc.).
I will only accept commissions that I personally want to do since I am a college student.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission if any ill behavior is shown.
When posting my art on the internet please credit me either with my website link or my instagram (for FFXIV commissions please use @Yurei.Yono)Payment:
Payment must be given in full upfront.
The price for commission might be higher than the prices listed below if you want something more complex but that can be discussed.
Currency Accepted: USD
Refunds will be discussed if I am unable to complete the commission.The Process:
I will send Work in Progress pictures for art if the order is over $70 USD and Work in Progress pictures are specifically requested, this is to protect my art.
One or two progress photos will be sent before I complete your order, these are the points where you can tell me any changes you'd like for me to make. (The progress picture I send WILL be watermarked)
The completion time for your commission will typically be 2-3 weeks but may vary based on my work, health, school, order complexity, etc.
If there will be delays in your order, I will notify you and we can discuss a plan regarding finishing the commission.Customer Satisfaction:
I care very much about customer satisfaction when it comes to people who order art from me and will do whatever I can to make sure you like the piece of art you paid for, that being said I will do changes when I send one or two (1 or 2) progress picture before I send the final file over to you.
After the commission is complete and the final file is sent over to you I will do minor changes such as: fixing any color/marking mistakes but any larger changes will have an additional charge.Copyright/Usage Policy:
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced artwork, not the commissioner.
Therefore I the artist am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself within any place or website.
Publish any works using the copyrighted artwork.
Display the copyrighted artwork wherever I desire.
Post it wherever I decide.The commissioner is allowed to:
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted and I, the artist will be able to sell the artwork to someone else if I decide to.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money off of it in any way.)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of the original price.
With commercial rights, you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand.
Credit is still required for the usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.Cancellation/Refund Policy:
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
You will be forbidden to ever commission me ever again.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

DISCLAIMER: Please note that the use of a base or pieces of bases created by @NekoRina_Art on twitter may be used for the little chibis! I wanted to make sure to disclose this, but the bases are cleared to be used in commission works.
